At Pure Leathers Jackets, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all. To maintain the highest standards of both quality and service, we’ve introduced a clear and fair Order Cancellation Policy.

How to Cancel Your Order:
If you’ve recently placed an order and wish to cancel it, you’ll first need to verify your identity through your email and phone number. Once verified, you’ll have 24 hours to confirm your cancellation request.

Refund Deduction Details:

  • Within 24 Hours: A 35% deduction will be applied to the product amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • After 48 Hours: If the cancellation request is received after 48 hours, a 50% deduction will apply before processing the refund.

Important Note:
Cancellations cannot be requested once the item has been dispatched. This ensures a smoother and faster shipping process for all customers. However, we do offer peace of mind through our 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return the item within 30 days for a refund, in accordance with our return guidelines.
